Have you been busy lately? Have you been looking for something to work on? Come meet up with your fellow FAVES this Wednesday September the 21 at 5 PM. The Saranac Public House opened a couple of weeks ago, and with its big open seating, it’s the perfect place for us to get together and catch up on what everyone has done. We want to see what we can help you get the word out about. We hope to have more articles like the one Matthew Weaver wrote last week for Felt High in the near future that feature you and your current/upcoming projects.
This new place is a pub, so no age restrictions like we had in the past with the location’s predecessor. If you can make it, let us know, click here to visit the Facebook event and tell us your attending.
Afterwards, The Spokane International Film Festival will be presenting the opening to their 2011 Professor Series with a 7 PM screening of A History of Violence at the Magic Lantern Theater followed by a discussion on the film led by Brian Clayton, Richard McClelland, David Calhoun of Gonzaga University and Gonzaga’s Faith and Reason Institute.
Tickets are $7 ($5 with valid Student ID). Something new and this is the Series passes for $30 ($20 with valid Student ID) at the Magic Lantern Theatre box office (25 W Main Ave, Spokane WA 99201).
